This is what I collect when you contact Gibbs Odd Jobs, what I do with it and how to ask about it.
What I collect
When you use the form, call or text me, I collect what you tell me: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, a description of the problem and any photos you send.
How I use it
- To reply to your request and book a visit
- To estimate the hours and the materials
- To do the work you agreed to and send the invoice
- To keep the records tax and insurance rules require
Who sees it
Only me, and the few services I use to run the business, such as email, texting and invoicing. I don't sell your information.
How long I keep it
As long as I need it to do the work and meet tax duties. After that I delete it.
Your choices
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Call or write to the address on this site.
Changes
If I change this policy, the new version will be on this page.
